Investment Philosophy

Smart Investing Vs. Speculating

As a fiduciary, we are held to the highest ethical standards and only make recommendations upon careful analysis of client suitability.

As such, our investment models go through a screening process of various factors to determine their suitability. Within our portfolios we utilize an array of investment vehicles across many asset classes such as stocks, mutual funds, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), and alternative investments to enhance your exposure as well as manage you from undue risk.

Our Investment Philosophy

We believe in creating a tax efficient and diversified portfolio designed with the goal of managing risk well as pursuing consistent returns for our clients. While the nature of the market is volatile, we seek to achieve this by:

  • Carefully selecting investments with stable price histories
  • Avoid chasing performance
  • And disciplined rebalancing

Investment Strategies

We offer various investment strategies depending on your needs and risk tolerance to help you work towards your financial goals. Some examples include:

  • High Dividend Strategy
  •  Municipal Bond Strategy
  • U.S. Core Equity Strategy
  • Equity/Fixed Income Balanced Strategy

Stock investing involves risk including loss of principal. The payment of dividends is not guaranteed. Municipal bonds are subject to availability and change in price. They are subject to market and interest rate risk if sold prior to maturity. Bond values will decline as interest rate rise. Interest income may be subject to the alternative minimum tax. Municipal bonds are federally tax-free but other state and local taxes may apply. Companies may reduce or eliminate the payment of dividends at any given time. There is no assurance that the techniques and strategies discussed are suitable for all investors or will yield positive outcomes. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
